Safety Policy

Courier International’s services (websites, portals and apps) are built for professional courier operations. We take safety and responsible use seriously to protect drivers, customers, recipients and our systems.

Prohibited use

  • Harassment, threats, hate content, or abusive behavior.
  • Illegal activity, including transporting prohibited or illegal items.
  • Attempts to access accounts, data or systems without authorization.
  • Sharing personal data of others beyond what is necessary to complete a delivery.

Safety expectations

  • Follow traffic laws and prioritize road safety at all times.
  • Use the platform only for legitimate jobs and accurate status updates.
  • Use Proof of Delivery (POD) features responsibly and only for the assigned shipment.
  • Respect privacy and confidentiality for customers and recipients.

Permissions (location & camera)

  • Location may be used to support tracking, routing, ETA and proof of service for assigned jobs (depending on role and settings).
  • Camera may be used for Proof of Delivery (photos/signature) and document capture only when you actively use the feature.

Enforcement
